A Scan-to-BIM model should not be just a visual shell. We structure levels, grids, categories and families so architects, engineers and facility teams can continue working in Revit, Archicad or IFC without rebuilding the existing conditions from scratch.
Typical inputs include E57, RCP/RCS, LAS/LAZ and registered scanner projects. Typical outputs include RVT, PLN, IFC, DWG sheets, model QA views and 2D documentation extracted from the model.
